What Is The Hype Surrounding Infrared Sauna Treatments?

We all experience more stress in our day to day lives leaving less time to relax and get down to the important things. With my experience, infrared sauna treatments have superior benefits to traditional saunas and should be considered as a lifestyle change. Here is why you should consider experiencing regular treatments:

Infrared saunas have been around for many decades in the Eastern Hemisphere, but are relatively new to North Americans. Most of us automatically compare an infrared sauna treatments to what is commonly known as a traditional (hotbox) sauna. They heat the air around us thus heating us up. That is OK except for the fact that it becomes difficult to breathe and we get light headed and must leave after a short time. On the other hand, infrared sauna treatments warm you up from the inside out and not so much the air around you. This is easily understood with the following analogy: When you are outside in the sun, you can feel the warmth from the sun on your skin. When you step into the shade, you suddenly feel colder. The air temperature is relatively the same. It is the infrared energy you would feel from the sun that warms you.

Another great reason to take regular treatments is that the infrared energy resonates at the same frequency as water. We are made up of a very high percentage of water and our fat and cellulite also have large percentages of water. Infrared waves help liquefy cellulite and break down fat cells. Results can vary, but one could expect to burn up to 500 calories during a 30 minute session.

An infrared sauna treatment is a 30 minute escape from the daily stresses we all face. How often can you go somewhere undisturbed in the midst of your daily life and truly relax and feel great? Most saunas are large enough to share your experience with someone you can both benefit from 30 minutes of.

Treatments are effective for treating sprains, muscle spasms and joint stiffness; relieves aches and pains. They also improve your immune system by sweating at a lower more comfortable temperature than a conventional hot sauna. Treatments also increase overall health and resistance to disease. They sharpen senses and relieves stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They improve skin within a few minutes. Helps with scars and burns, acne, psoriasis and eczema conditions will also improve. The treatments stimulates endorphins of the brain and kills organisms like bacteria and parasites. I think everyone should partake!
